Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy exists in two versions: Russian and English. The English version is the original and the Russian version is a translation of it.
In short
- This site is run by Edgar Sarkisov. I work from outside the United States.
- To contact you, I need your name and a WhatsApp or Telegram contact, plus answers about your business.
- The site uses analytics and advertising pixels from Meta and Google. I use automation and AI tools, including to reply to you.
- I do not sell data for money.
- To see your data or ask me to delete it, email worksarkisov
@gmail.com .
1. Who is responsible for the data
Site operator: Edgar Sarkisov, an individual. Email for questions and requests: worksarkisov
2. What data I collect
- Data you enter yourself: form answers (business type, advertising, budget), name, WhatsApp number or Telegram username, email if you provide it, the content of your messages to me.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device, language, referral source, link tags (UTM, Facebook click ID), pages and actions on the site (including recordings of clicks and scrolling, if I enable session recording tools), time spent on the form.
- Cookies and similar identifiers: section 6.
- Data about our communication and work: correspondence, notes of calls, recordings and transcripts of calls (only if I told you about the recording), contract, invoices, access credentials you give me for the work.
I do not ask for passport data, card or account numbers, SSN, health information or precise geolocation. Please do not send them.
3. Why I use data
- To contact you, conduct the review, offer and provide services, and keep records of requests and clients.
- To measure and improve the site, advertising and my processes.
- To show my ads, including again to people who visited the site, and to find people similar to them.
- To tell advertising platforms what happened to a request, so that ads find similar people.
- To automate work, including replying to and reminding you with the help of AI tools.
- To protect the site from spam and fraud.
- To comply with the law.
- For other purposes related to running my business and compatible with those listed.
I do not make legally significant decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Who I share data with
I use service providers and share data with them to the extent the operation of their tools requires:
- hosting and server functions (currently Netlify, Inc.);
- messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.);
- spreadsheets, email, cloud storage, CRM and request-tracking systems (currently Google LLC, others may follow);
- analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, others may follow, including session recording and heatmap tools);
- AI services and AI agents that help me process requests and answer messages (model providers and automation platforms);
- booking and video calls (for example Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet);
- email, SMS and calling services, if I start using them;
- accounting, payment and legal services, if we start working together;
- government agencies and courts, where the law requires it.
Advertising platforms (Meta and Google) receive technical data about your visits and actions on the site, and information about your request: contact data in hashed form (hashing is a one-way replacement of a value and does not make data anonymous), IP, browser, cookie identifiers, and data about what happened to the request afterwards. These companies use the data under their own rules: Meta's policy, how Google uses data from partner sites.
I do not sell data for money. Under some state laws, passing identifiers to advertising platforms is called "sharing" (sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising), and in some cases is also treated as a "sale". What is described above may fall under these terms.
If the business or its assets are transferred to another party, data may transfer with it.
